ORDERING FROM VAPE MZANSI

Vape Mzansi strives to get your order out to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped overnight on the same day of ordering. Any orders placed after 12:00 will only be attended to the following business day. These orders will also be shipped overnight the following day. To avoid any delays in shipping, please ensure that all orders are placed with the correct information. We require the following for The Courier Guy shipments:

Physical Address and Postal Code (Postal code has to be correct, as the Courier guy system uses the Postal Code to select your area) (No P.O. Box Addresses)
Cellular Telephone Number
Email address

Courier Guy will send information to your mobile phone pertaining to the delivery of your order. Please ensure that your mobile number is correct

Regrettably, no orders will be shipped or delivered on Public Holidays or Weekends.

Please inspect your orders carefully before signing for the order. Once the waybill has been signed Vape Mzansi cannot accept any responsibility for orders that were damaged in transit.

ORDERS OVER R1500.00 HAVE THE OPTION TO SHIP FREE OF CHARGE. PLEASE SELECT THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION. NO TIME ESTIMATION PERTAINING TO THE DELIVERY OF THESE ORDERS CAN BE GIVEN

TCG WILL ATTEMPT 3 DELIVERIES. IF THE THIRD ATTEMPT IS UNSUCCESSFUL,THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO VAPE MZANSI, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE TO RESHIP THE PRODUCT

For a flat rate of R110.00, Vape Mzansi will ship your order with The Courier Guy to your doorstep overnight. All TCG shipments are sent out Overnight Express and will be delivered to your doorstep during the course of the following business day.

For a flat rate of ±R180.00, we will ship your order with The Courier Guy to your doorstep overnight. All TCG shipments are sent out Overnight Express and will be delivered to your doorstep between 8am - 6pm the following business day.

LATE DELIVERIES

PLEASE NOTE THAT VAPE MZANSI WILL ENDEAVOUR TO HAVE ALL ORDERS SENT OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. ONCE ORDERS HAVE LEFT OUR STORE, WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF OUR COURIER PARTNERS AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE DELIVERIES.
